250g 100% Natural Dead Sea Salts
2 cups Natural Rolled Oats
1 nylon stocking
2 tablespoons baby oil
Directions
Put the plug in the bath. Add the Dead Sea Salt to the bottom of the bath. Pour the rolled oats into the leg of the stocking. Tie off the stocking so the oats cannot escape. Place the oat filled stocking into the bath. Fill the bath to around a quarter with hot water. This will dissolve the salts quickly and cause the oats to turn the water milky. Add the baby oil. Then add cold water until your ideal temperature is reached. Bathe for 20-30 minutes, squeezing the stocking every few minutes or so. If you have a skin condition such as psoriasis or eczema insure the bath temperature is NOT too hot.
